Trash cans

Mission Library staff report there are multiple large roll-off dumpsters in the area just west of our building, owned by COT. This leads to a large amount of trash blowing onto library property. This accumulates quickly and is rarely addressed. Can we please have this addressed and seek clarity on whether these roll-offs can be removed/relocated to minimize the trash issues it creates.
